Today is day 1 of the Whole30 (, and I’ve got this.  30 days, no sugar, no grains, no alcohol and more.

They say the first 3 days are the hardest.  I’ve been preparing by cutting sodas (except yesterday’s), exercising, and focusing on building my body.

I’ve done the before photos.  During the 30 days, I not only expect to lose a few pounds, but to continue to lose inches of my body.
