Makes a creamy jello dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 sm box Lemon Jello

  • 3 Cups Hot Water

  • 1 Cup Drained Pineapple Chunks

  • 1 Cup Cool Whip

  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Cottage Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts (Optional)

Directions

  • Dissolve Jello in hot water
  • Chill until party set
  • Add cottage cheese, Almonds, Pineapple and then cream the jello (whip with hand mixer)
  • Add only 1 cup hot water
  • Put in container, let set
